There is nothing big time about this company. My insurance company sent them out to assist me yesterday on a busy interstate. After waiting an hour for their driver, the driver was in a rush to leave with my vehicle and leave me standing on the highway. I asked him to please wait until my uber arrived. Admittedly ,she was having a hard time finding me becuase i was on the highway in an unidentifiable area. I refused to let them do this. The individual from the office called me and began to bully me into being left stranded on the interstate like a BUM. I was not having it. The driver put my vehicle back down and drove off leaving me with a busted tire waiting for another truck. Its so important to know your rights...clearly this company's number one concern is a payday instead of genuinely helping people get to safety.

We sold a truck to someone but let them make payments. We kept the truck in our name planning on signing it over when then finished paying it off. They skipped town and abandoned the truck. We just found out about the abandoning of it by certified mail and that Big Tow had it in their lot. They were extremely professional and upfront on the cost of regaining possession of the vehicle. It wasn't the best of circumstances by ANY stretch of the imagination but I would work with them again. They seem like a small operation.

Left my truck at Home Depot parking lot with Note inside to call me. If there was any problem. And phone number own business cards This guy told my truck. Did not call. Let me know there's about the to it. I found out About five days later when I went to look for it. Talk to the people at Home Depot. They said they They could not get in touch with me. My number all contact information on in the window on the dash Got told me it will be 350. Hooking up and pulling it five to six miles. Plus additional charge each day Do not see no sign of listening. Of a Towing Service Company located 4 big toe at that particular location of Home Depot iTune cards for 3 to 4 years and will always give customers heads up. If I see any information inside the car before I would take it. I want my car back. At a reasonable price this towing company seem to be talkin and people and taking their vehicles. To keep for they self
